		      The steam source is needed in many industries. As the main steam generator, the industrial boiler can be used for power generation in the power plant, and also offer heat source energy for industries like chemical, textile, wood processing. The industrial boiler is equipped with lots of accessories and components. Some of boiler components are built into a unit, for example boiler drum, boiler economizer and manifold headers, but some can be added after installing a boiler system, for example safety valve to release pressure, water level indicator, low-water cutoff switch.

          2. Boiler Steam Drum The boiler steam drum is the most important pressure vessel in industrial boilers for storing hot water and steam. In an industrial boiler pipe system, not all hot water can be fully evaporated into steam, but rather, a mixture of steam and hot water. Because saturated hot water needs more heat for conversion into steam, a boiler steam drum is a required piece of equipment.

Boiler Economizer The economizer is an indispensable heating surface for coal fired boilers, and is located at the boiler back pass, where heat is captured from the flue gas in order to heat the boiler feed water. Our economizers are generally made of 20 low and medium pressure boiler pipes, 20G seamless steel tubes or ASME grade steel tubes. It reduces the flue gas temperature and maximizes the heat recovery to help customers reduce fuel costs.

Boiler Air Preheater The boiler air preheater is a heat exchanger for industrial boilers, and heats combustion air via fuel gas, steam, hot water, or oil from the back pass of the boiler. When the exhaust temperature of the combustion system is high, an air preheater is recommended for use. The boiler air preheater works in areas where the fuel gas temperature is lower, absorbs the fuel gas heat, reduces the exhaust temperature, and improves boiler efficiency.
