The boiler manifold headers are tie multiple steam carrying pipes, which are widely used in a boiler room as a distribution hub in all steam boiler generators and hot water boiler heating systems. The boiler manifolds can be available with customized zones. In order to guarantee premium quality, our boiler manifold headers must be drilled precisely with a tight tolerance, then welded, manufactured, and heat treated. Before leaving factory, all boiler manifolds must be pressure-tested.

Pipe diameter
The pipe diameter ranges from φ89mm to φ914mm, the wall thickness ranges from 7mm to 150mm, and the maximum length is 23000mm.

• Carbon steel (20G, SA-106B, SA-106C)
• Low alloy heat resistant steel (15CrMoG, 12Cr1MoVG, WB36, SA-335P12, SA335-P22)
• Medium alloy heat resistant steel（SA-335P91）
• Supercritical boiler: SA-335P122, SA-335P92, etc.

Our boiler headers are processed using a beveling machine, driller, boring machine, automatic submerged arc welding machine, CO2 gas-shielded welding, bending machine, hydraulic machine and heat treatment furnace and other equipment.

Boiler Headers Standard

• 200MW and below are manufactured in accordance with 30.2000.067(G).
• 300MW and above are produced in accordance with HG5.2.1.5 (1) and meet the requirements of ASME regulations.
